Apple’s TV app for iOS and Mac users, known as Apple TVOS, has not launched yet, but several Apple TV related articles have appeared in the last month.
According to Apple’s latest update to its Apple News app, Apple TV will not be available for iPhone 7, 7 Plus, iPhone 8, or iPhone X devices until March.
Apple TVOS will offer new content like original movies, sports and more.
According a post by Bloomberg, Apple’s TVOS app will be available to customers on iOS devices for a period of “up to a year” after launch.
The launch of Apple TVS is also a significant milestone for the company, which has struggled to keep pace with Android’s mobile phone dominance.
Apple has been slowly integrating iOS features into Apple TV apps, including Siri integration, since the release of the Apple TV last year.
Apple has not officially announced when the new iPhone will be released, but sources told Bloomberg that it will be announced sometime in the coming weeks.
